This year, Akropolis is excited to announce that they will be serving as the Guest Ensemble-in-Residence at The Main Chamber Music Seminar (MCMS) at Snow Pond! Matt and Kari served as instructors in 2022, and now are returning with the entire quintet for this summer’s program.

MCMS is a two-week summer  intensive for college and graduate-level musicians passionate about pursuing leadership and service through music. Their mission is to develop life-long creative thinkers, compassionate collaborators, and cultural ambassadors through the study of, exposure to, and the performance of chamber music. Other instructors include faculty from the Orpheus Chamber Orchestra, A Far Cry, the American Composers Orchestra, the Horszowski Trio, the Laurel Trio, Borealis Wind Quintet, Ensemble Signal, Sequitur, and Network for New Music.
